DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

OCCULT OBJECTS MAINTAINS FULL OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN OBTAINED

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact me and I will help you.

It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method

ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT WITHIN GERMANY BY DHL. ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT INTERNATIONALLY AS INSURED CERTIFIED MAIL. YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT WITHIN A PERIOD OF 3-5 WORKING DAYS AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED UNLESS NOTIFIED BY OCCULT OBJECTS. If YOUR ORDER IS URGENT, FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO INFO@OCCULLT-OBJECTS.COM AND WILL PRIORITISE YOUR DELIVERY IF NEEDED.

If nobody is at the address when DHL or the national postal carrier makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and the carrier leaves with the package. You have to go to the post office to fetch up your order. Or you can change the delivery date online, just go to DHL website and use your Tracking Number. If the delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address.

Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.

How much is the freight charge?

I ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount. Find your delivery zone below and see the freight charges - as well as your freight free limit.

Freight Charges: EUR 5-7 within Germany

EUROPE - MEMBER OF EU

Freight Charges: MAX. EUR 15 / GBP 13

 

Shipping

All Prints come in a shipping tube. All cards, stickers and buttons come in a durable cardboard envelope

The size oft the tube/envelope depends on how big your ordered print etc. is.

I explicitly use tubes with a bigger diameter, so that the print is not rolled up so tide.

On top all prints come in a special caseing.

 

Return policy

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service.

If you send a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

 

RETURN OF PAPER GOODS

ALL SALES OF PAPER PRODUCTS, INCLUDING PRINTS BY OCCULT OBJECTS, ARE FINAL. IN THE CASE OF DAMAGES INCURRED BY SHIPMENT, PLEASE SEND A PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION BEFORE THE RETURN OF THE ITEMS.  PAPER PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE INCURRED DAMAGES IN THE DELIVERY WILL BE REPLACED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

 

Custom or import duties

If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charges once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately I have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.
